My roots
I was raised in Harstown, went to school in St. Ciaran’s N.S. and Harstown Secondary school, and study Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics in TU Dublin Blanchardstown. The Ongar ward, and the Greater Blanchardstown area has been my home for as long as I have been alive. It is an honour to represent the people I grew up with
In May 2019, I was honoured to be elected Green Party Councillor for Huntstown, Hartstown, Littlepace, Ongar and Hansfield. These 5 towns create the Ongar ward, which is part of Fingal County Council.
I sit on the Housing Strategic Policy Committee, the Blanchardstown Local Drug & Alcohol Task Force, the Joint Policing Committee, Castaheeney Community Centre and the Fingal Children and Young People Serivces Committee. I also volunteer for Foroige for their national climate justice youth committee, “The Ecollective”.
I’m passionate about improving Ongar area
Affordable Housing for all
We need a housing market that works for everyone by creating enough social & affordable housing to meet the current needs in our area and longer-term plans to ensure that the current housing crisis will not repeat.
Facilities for young people
Dublin 15 has one of the youngest populations in the entire country. I will work to ensure that Fingal Council and the Department of Education plan and build enough primary and secondary schools in the area and that there are facilities in place for young people.
Sustainable Trandport
ur bus services need to get better – not worse. I will oppose any proposals that leave communities isolated with a lesser bus service.
We need to see the Maynooth commuter line upgraded to DART standard before it reaches maximum capacity.
Working hard with our local communities
Be a part of the positive change that’s happening in our community.

My Mission & Approach
I have been working to improve my community for as long as I can remember. From sitting on Foroige’s “Reference Panel” and National Council when I was 16, chairing debates between young people and General Election candidates at 17, volunteering with local youth cafes when I was 18.
My mission, since I first joined my first youth group, is to use my experience and ideas to better others.
Your Support Makes A HUGE Impact
I believe that the future for the greater Blanchardstown area is Green! I believe that the best version of Hartstown, Huntstown and Ongar are area’s where the car is not necessary for most local journeys because walking, cycling, and public transport are alternatives for those journeys
So far, this vision is slowly but surely in progress with the installation of the segregated cycle lanes around the Hartstown Road, and repaving on several walk and cycle ways in the area. But change is not easy, and resistance can be found in the council chamber to the changes needed to save our planet and make our journeys safer!
