The fund is available to Fingal based community, residents and youth groups. They can apply for €2,000 to spend on projects to tackle local litter issues and graffiti. In 2019 we had a large volume of applications and this year we are again looking forward to funding groups from all over Fingal. We welcome applications from a wide range of groups.
